Your company, your vessels and the crew you need. No account is needed to ask.

We agree terms
Gulfdeck reviews the request and contacts you. Once agreed, you become a client of Gulfdeck.

Your client portal
Gulfdeck invites your people to the client portal, where you raise crew orders for each vessel.

Approve, then follow
Accept or decline the people we propose, then follow your crew, timesheets and invoices.
What you see in the client portal
Your portal shows your company’s information only, never another client’s.
- Crew orders: vessel, rank, how many, joining date and contract length
- Each person proposed, with their certificates; expired ones are flagged
- Accept a proposal, or decline it with a reason
- Your crew on board, with joining and leaving dates
- Certificates expiring within 60 days
- Timesheets once approved, and invoices with what has been paid
